Centimetre measurements are for each pair all the way around the elastic waist, while not stretched.

Size availability is subject to manufacturer. It does not exceed Australian size 22 in undies and size 16-18 in briefs.

Please check and measure carefully. For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be exchanged.

How to care for your Hag Club items:

Turn undies and socks inside out before washing. Use cold water and if possible, wash by hand with an eco-friendly or grey water safe detergent. Hang to dry. If washing with a machine, be sure to use a delicate setting. If drying with a machine, use a low heat setting. This ensures the longevity of the print. For some extra care, wash items with similar textured clothing to avoid the item coming into too much rough contact with coarser clothing.
All items that I produce are cured with an industrial heat press.

Australia Post does not provide automated tracking on packages. This is extra.
To keep shipping affordable for you orders are generally sent as large letters which also cannot be tracked in accordance with Australia Post options.
If you would like tracking at an extra cost, please contact me prior to purchase.

I cannot currently do custom designs or sizing.
Sizes are purely dependent on the stock available. As I do not sew the underwear myself I can only provide what sizes are available from the manufacturer.

Screen printing is a multi-process, labor intensive skill. As such, I cannot put certain designs on certain things or make new designs just for you. Hag Club is a representation of my art and interests and is dictated by me alone.

Hag Club restocks sizes monthly.
Generally the smaller sizes sell out the soonest, leaving a trickling of large sizes in the shop until I print and restock more for the next month.
If your size is not there you will only have a few weeks to wait until they are available again.

If you are unhappy with your item please contact me.
Exchanges cannot be given on underwear for hygiene reasons and refunds will not be accepted due to wrong sizing.
Please read size guides carefully and feel free to get in touch if you are unsure.

If you have not received your package:

Firstly, please ensure that enough time has passed for it to have arrived.
Typically packages take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on how far you are from metro areas or general delays in the postal system.
For international, please allow 4 weeks from notice of dispatch before contacting and 8 weeks for a resolution.
Many orders that have been assumed lost, especially to European, Asian and Middle Eastern countries are received eventually.

Message me with the name you used and your address so I can find your order info.
For Domestic, please allow 4 weeks.

Refunds and replacements will not be issued for incorrect addresses. Please ensure you have your correct address on file.
