In 2026 we are going to be more weird, unbothered, focussed yet unpredictable.
We are shedding the year of the snake and emerging transformed into our more energetic, stronger and empowered selves. We are not taking any more shit. Our memories are present and we are steadily focussed on future us and enacting self care in a collective manner. We are sowing the seeds for the trees we may never even sit under the shade of. We are taking the reigns, we are uniting, we are no longer infighting over quibbling bullshit. We are taking turns having deep moments of rest while others stand watch over us. We are powerful in our grace. We are collective in extending our protective actions and we are striking out with unsuspecting kicks to the injustices that attempt to block our way. And we are still the altars of our own making. When we find ourselves standing amid a perceived lack of light and clarity, we know that even in the darkness there are stars.
